SEBASTIAN BASTIAN is a Bahamian entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist who has founded over 20 transformative companies across gaming, real estate, technology, logistics, and renewable energy over two decades. Starting his first business at 19, he co-founded Island Luck, The Bahamas' largest online gaming platform, and created Brickell Management Group, one of the country's largest development firms. As Chairman of Aeropost, he optimized e-commerce logistics across Central America and the Caribbean. His philanthropic work includes founding IL Cares Foundation and OWN, supporting education and emerging entrepreneurs. In 2022, he was appointed The Bahamas' Ambassador to Central America, fostering regional trade partnerships while continuing to disrupt industries and create opportunities.
