Rukumbuzi Delphin Ntanyoma

Rukumbuzi Delphin NTANYOMA is a Congolese citizen, since October 2013, he runs The Eastern Congo Tribune, an online Blog advocating mainly on the redistribution of public resources. He holds a MA in Development Economics and currently working on a PhD project in Eastern Congo ; a micro-level project aiming to understand combatants' motivations to engage in violence.
