Michael Etuge Apuge

Michael Etuge Apuge holds a PhD in Theoretical Linguistics from the University of Buea, in Cameroon. He is the Chair of the Department of Bilingual Letters in the Higher Teachers’ Training College of the University of Maroua in Cameroon.
