When she became a mother, she had to learn how to cope with the differences and the fear of having a child who wouldn't grow up like the others. When his genetic mutation was diagnosed, writing became a lifesaver, enabling her to process her emotions and pick herself up, and to share the strength and beauty of their son's struggle.
