  Cédric Asna, better known as Ced, is from Toulouse, France. He grew up with heroes from comics series such as "Tintin" and "Astérix." In 2005 he started to share his comics online on his personal blog. His drawings first attracted the attention of Internet users, then the attention of publishers. Shortly after being spotted by the creators of 30joursdebd.com, he signed his first comic book deal with the French publisher Makaka. In the years since, he has created numerous other comics, either alone or alongside other artists and writers. In 2021 Ced entered the Dupuis catalog along with Waltch and Gorobei, with the youth series "Lolicornes" (Dupuis 2021; "Loonicorns," Europe Comics), a hilarious reflection on inequalities in today's society filled with adventure and mythical creatures.
