31 août 1997 au matin, dans un pavillon de banlieue, une mère de famille repasse le linge quand la télévision lui apprend la nouvelle : Lady Di est morte cette nuit. Au même moment dans la salle de bain, Lulu, son fils de 8 ans, se tartine la bouche de rouge à lèvre et s'imagine embrasser son petit voisin. De son côté, Cam, en pleine adolescence, cache son petit copain dans sa chambre sous le refrain de la musique du moment. Quant au père, il rentre seulement à la maison, lui n'a pas dormi ici. De l'éveil du désir aux passions fanées, le portrait amoureux de cette famille s'esquisse à travers cette journée ensoleillée qui va changer leur vie...

Zuttion Quentin (auteur, Illustré par)

Quentin Zuttion is a comics artist and scriptwriter. He also has experience as a photographer and performance artist. He earned an art degree at the École nationale supérieure d'art in Dijon, after which he began working in illustration and proposing his own projects to publishers. With a strong presence online, notably through his illustrated blog "Les petits mensonges de Mr. Q" (Mr. Q's Little Lies), he soon found a publisher for his first book, "Sous le lit," published in 2016 by Des ailes sur un tracteur, under the pen name Mr. Q. He followed this up in 2018 with "Chromatopsie" (Editions Lapin), a graphic novel exploring color, feelings, and the body. He then illustrated "Appelez-moi Nathan," written by Catherine Castro, and wrote and illustrated "Touchées," tackling the subject of violence against women (both with publisher Payot). "La Dame Blanche" ("The White Lady," Europe Comics in English) and "Toutes les Princesses meurent après minuit" ("All Princesses Die Before Dawn," Europe Comics in English) were both published in 2022 with Éditions du Lombard. Through his work, he explores bodies, identity, and contemporary love with great maturity, between poetry, sensitivity, and violence.
