    Joann Sfar naît à Nice en 1971. Il est aujourd’hui dessinateur, scénariste de bande dessinée, réalisateur de cinéma et professeur à l’École des Beaux-Arts de Paris. Il s’impose auprès du grand public avec Le chat du rabbin, dont l’adaptation remporte le César du meilleur film d’animation, en 2012.

    Il a publié chez Albin Michel : L’Eternel(2013), Le plus grand philosophe de France (2014), Comment tu parles de ton père (2016), suivis de deux romans autobiographiques : Vous connaissez peut-être (2017) et Modèle vivant (2018).
