Elaborated in a comparative perspective, the publication allows to understand the exceptionalism of the Moroccan political system based on a two fold approach rooted in both political science and law. The first part of the book delves into the study of the Arab Spring celebrated by some and feared by others. In any case, the Arab Spring generated a radical questioning of the formerinstitutional equilibria. The second part comprises a description of Morocco's Constitution, which is presented as a response to the contemporary political challenges. Limpid and objective, combining legal and political analysis, in addition to geopolitical prospective, this unique work could only be written by two internationally renowned men, Professors Abdelhak Azzouzi and André Cabanis.

Rachida CHOUAY, est née à Taza au Maroc, lauréate de la Faculté de Sciences Economiques Juridiques et Sociales de Fès et lauréate des Instituts de Santé publique du Maroc. Elle est Docteure en sciences politiques et juridiques, enseignante dans les instituts de Santé. Ses travaux portent sur l’analyse des politiques publiques, l’étude des finances publiques, l’analyse des liaisons politico-administratives au Maroc et dans d’autres contextes.
André Cabanis (auteur)

André Cabanis a été longtemps directeur de Sciences Po Toulouse, et a beaucoup publié sur l'histoire des idées politiques et les régimes politiques africains. Il est aujourd'hui professeur à l'Université Toulouse 1-Capitole. Il a publié avec Serge Regourd, au cherche midi éditeur, Paul Quilès ou comment rester socialiste (2015).
