No school today! Thanks to the snowstorm, Sophie gets the day off ! Her mother takes the opportunity to entrust her with an important errand—buying bread, butter, eggs, and milk from the grocery store. Sophie promises her mother not to dawdle on the way, but the temptation to play with her friends is almost irresistible.

Many years later, during a stay in Australia, she rediscovered the magical world of oral storytelling. Il est actuellement écrivain en résidence à La Maison Gabrielle-Roy à Saint-Boniface au Manitoba où il anime des ateliers de création et des activités de diffusion littéraire. Il est aussi dessinateur et comédien. Il est un des pères fondateurs et secrétaire perpétuel du Collectif post-néo-rieliste et fondateur et animateur du Kukaï Rouge. Son recueil de haïkus, La Lune en mille gouttes, a été finaliste au Prix de poésie Lansdowne Aqua Books Poetry Prize en 2010.
