Résumé

The author proposes a synthesis of the ideas of « Transhumanism » and critical analyzes inspired by a refreshing Bergsonism. He writes to take a part in the debate on the futur of humanity, sparked by the scientific-philosophical movement that bears this name, started in the United States and which is beginning to move the European intelligentsia. He also writes to sensitize an african opinion far unaware of these preoccupations that concern all humankind.

Marc ROUX est président de l'Association française Transhumaniste (AFT-Technoprog, une organisation caractérisée par son technoprogressisme), et chercheur associé à l’Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies. Historien de formation mais spécialiste de bioéthique, il vit en Grèce.Le philosophe camerounais Ebénézer NJOH MOUELLE est l’auteur, entre autres, de quatre ouvrages sur le transhumanisme, produits entre 2017 et 2023. Publications qui lui valent d’être co-opté (août 2023) dans le Lifeboat Foundation Advisory Boards (Saveguarding Humanity), Reno, Nevada, USA. En 2021 à Dakar, c’est l’Académie Africaine des Sciences Religieuses, Sociales et Politiques qui l’élisait en qualité de membre titulaire.
